Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

I can't recieve/send emails
-Make sure that in the setting for 'Mail', that under the 'Name' tab, that your email address is spelled right. Then make sure that your User Name is your full email address, and that the password is assigned, and is your correct password. Then go to the 'Server' tab and make sure that both the Incoming and Outgoing server is 'mail.treo.ky'. Then go to the 'Advance' tab, and make sure that there is no User Name and that the Password is 'Unassigned'.

Whats my user id
-Your user id is the one that was given to you from the Administrator, in the form of someName@treo.ky. If you have registered, and have forgotten it, please contact the Administrator.

Whats my password
-If you have forgotten your password, please go to Lost Password screen.

How to change my password
-Log into the web client of treo.ky (from the main page). Go to Options, then Personalize, and type in your new password in the avaiable textbox. Don't forget to confirm the password in the following textbox.

POP3/SMTP settings
-Both settings should be 'mail.treo.ky'.

How to add a signiture
-Open up 'Mail', select the Menu button, and then select Options. Go to Preferences, then the 'Message' tab. Select the 'Signiture' button, and type in what you want for your signiture.

How to forward my work email to my Treo device
-Refer to your email client.

How to forward my Treo.ky email to my work account
-Log into the web client of treo.ky (from the main page). Go to Options, then Personalize, set Enable Forwarding to 'yes' and then enter an address to forward the email to.
